We currently have ten (10) Kahala Beach Apartments in our rental pool.  We will be updating each unit with dates that they are available and also the pricing per unit.  Each unit offers a unique lifestyle and design, along with location which affects the price accordingly. Please visit each of the links below to view the status of our units along with pictures and information regarding each one.

These vacation rentals are required to be a minimum of 30 days with the tenant responsible for the GET (General Excise Tax) and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) added to the rental price.  This amount is currently 11.95% as of 11/07. All amenities are included: central A/C, electricity, water, cable and phone.  The condominium has many features including: 24 hour security, swimming pool, library/gaming room, exercise facility, beach access to the prestigious Kahala Beach, ample guest parking and amazing privacy. Located next to The Kahala Hotel & Resort offers many opportunities for fine dining, entertainment and relaxing beaches accessible to everyone.

Kahala Beach Unit #429
