Each unit offers a unique lifestyle and design, along with varying locations which affects the price accordingly. These vacation rentals are required to be a minimum of 30 days with the tenant responsible for the GET (General Excise Tax) and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) added to the rental price. This amount is currently 11.95% as of 11/07. All amenities are included: central A/C, electricity, water, cable and phone. The condominium has many features including: 24 hour security, swimming pool, library/gaming room, exercise facility, beach access to the prestigious Kahala Beach, ample guest parking and amazing privacy. Located next to The Kahala Hotel & Resort offers many opportunities for fine dining, entertainment and relaxing beaches accessible to everyone.
